At COOLTRUE, every tee is made to order and printed by our production partners via Printify. Here's what to expect after you place your order.
Processing Time All orders are produced on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Belgium & Western Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
International Orders & Customs We ship worldwide. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cooltrue00@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. COOLTRUE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
